Century Properties topped off in April the first tower in Acqua Private Residences. At 42 storeys, the Niagara tower completed formworks and rebar installation. Finishing works continue in the tower’s landscape garden on the 6th floor, as with the electrical, plumbing and sanitary pipelines and fire protection works on the upper floors.
Meanwhile, the second Acqua tower, Sutherland, advanced to the sixth floor in the same month.
Dettifoss, the third tower, is undergoing bored piling works while the site of Livingstone, the fourth tower, is being prepared for structural works.
Acqua Private Residences is developed by Century Limitless Corporation under Century Properties Group Inc. It is located in Mandaluyong and is a 10-minute drive from Makati, accessible via the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge and the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.
