Height Clearance Permit
A Height Clearance Permit is hereby granted to CENTURY CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION with postal address at 21/F Pacific Star Building, Gil Puyat Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City for the construction of the proposed 243.92m high Gramercy Residences (Commercial/Residential Condominium Building) with Top Elevation of Two Hundred Fifty meters (250.00m) Above Mean Seal Level only – inclusive of any appurtenances such as antenna towers, billboards, flagpoles, etc. that may be installed atop the building/structure.
The subject structure is located at Salamanca Street, Barangay Poblacion, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City which falls within the Conical Surface, Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Any deviation from the data submitted and approved by this Office shall be a ground for cancellation/revocation of this permit.
The owner is directed to notify/inform the nearest CAAP Office/airport on the start and completion date of the proposed structure. A Copy of this permit shall be retained in the construction site.
