Paris Hilton unveils beach club in Bicutan

MANILA, Philippines – Celebrity Paris Hilton unveiled the Paris Beach Club, her first real-еstatе project in collaboration with Century Properties Group, Inc., at the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Bicutan, Parañaque City on Thursday.

At a press conference before the inauguration, Hilton said the project is a “dream come true” for her.

Hilton helped in the design of the 3-level beach club, which features a man-made beach with fine sand and simulated beach waves.

Century Properties COO John Victor Antonio said the sand used in the artificial beach came from Balesin island in Masbate.

He said the firm’s design team exchanged ideas with Hilton for several months, with Hilton giving her inputs through computer generated images (CGI).

Fifteen design books provided by Hilton were used as guide by the design team.

“She designed every room here,” Antonio said.

At the club’s ground floor are the lounge area, candy bar, playroom, and locker rooms.

There is a spa, gym and studio, game room, and movie room at the second floor while the function room, al fresco dining, and restaurant are located in the third floor.

The club also features an infinity pool, a zen garden, and a playground.

“I really love the concept of Azure because I thought of how cool it is in the middle of the city to have a man-made beach that is so beautiful and breathtaking. I want to live here. If I lived in the Philippines, I would definitely live in Azure,” Hilton said.

The 32-year-old Hilton arrived in Manila on Sunday, March 9.

Her first visit to Manila was in 2011 when she collaborated with Century for the beach club’s design.

“Rеal еstatе is something that I’ve always been involved in and this project is so perfect for me. I love designing,” the hotel heiress said.

The Paris Beach Club, for exclusive use of Azure residents and their guests, is one of four buildings that Century is expected to turn over this year.

Century earlier reported that its 2013 reservation sales for its residential and commercial projects reached P24.6 billion.
