Century Properties Group, Inc. is the Philippines’ “Best Premier Real Еstatе Developer” for 2013, according to international print and online business journal Capital Finance International (CFI.co).
CFI.co cited the company’s “passion for quality in both service and products” and “keen sense for offering the right deal at the right time” in giving Century Properties the award.
“The judges were particularly impressed by the ‘superb value promotion’ Century Properties Group consistently offers,” CFI.co said in a statement.
The CFI.co judging panel is comprised of a “combined 170 years of business leadership experience in financial journalism”.
Among Century Properties’ developments that the CFI.co judges lauded were Gramercy Residences, Knightsbridge Residences and Milano Residences. All these developments along with a premiere medical arts building, Centuria Medical City, and a posh commercial retail center, Century City Mall, are located within Century City, which CFI said is “set to redefine the skyline of Makati, one of greater Manila’s sixteen cities.”
CFI.co, which provides news, analysis and commentary on emerging markets, pointed out that Century Properties is “exceptionally well-placed to take full advantage of both the improving and purchasing power and the new wealth being created” in the Philippines.
“The Philippine economy is on a roll. Over the second quarter of 2013 the growth rate shot up to 7.6 percent. With half of its population of 100 million aged less than 26 and remittances from overseas workers totaling over $20 billion annually, the market has places is to go,” CFI.co said, adding that the company “is set to power ahead in the stylish manner that it has carefully created over the years.”
