    Building Facilities Manager

    • Mechanical Engineer with at least seven (7) years work experience in the management of the installation, operation,maintenance and repair of mechanical & electrical systems and equipment.
    • Must have an extensive experience in organizing and supervising a large number of technical staff in both technical and admininstrative aspect of building facilities management. Must have broad experience in implemention of energy management systems.
    • Must be capable of preparing , implementing and monitoring equipment of preventive maintenance schedules in line with the standards set by the original equipment manufacturer's standards and procedures and applicable engineering practices.
    • Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of using basic M.S. programs like Word and Excel.



    Electrical Engineer

    • A registered Electrical Engineer with at least five (5) years relevant experience in the scheduling of equipment operation and maintenance planning, design, valuation, modification and cost estimation of the ellectrical systems and equipment for specifically for commercial buildings.
    • Must have experience in field supervision and maintenance work.
    • Must be capable of preparing, implementing and monitoring scope of works, guidelines and procedures for accomplishing various works particularly those relating but not limited to, building alterations, relocations and realignment of facilties.
    • Must be computer literate with knowledge of using basic MS Word and Excell programs.



    Mechanical Engineer

    • A registered Mechanical Engineer with at least five (5) years relevant experience in the planning, design, valuation, modification and cost estimation of the mechanical services for high-rise commercial building. He must have experience in field supervision and maintenance work.
    • Must be capable of preparing, implementing and monitoring scope of works, guidelines and procedures for accomplishing various works particularly those relating but not limited to, building alterations, relocations and realignment of facilities.
    • Must have experience in field supervision and maintenance work
    • Must be a computer literate with knowledge of using MS Word and Excel Programs.



    OJT Program

    Our OJT program will accommodate qualified students who are to undergo internship prior to graduation in order to be adequately familiar with the actual office operations.
    Our main objective for this program is to help the students practice and apply business ethics.
